Now, I just watched a bunch of house owners on the TV saying how bad it was that the new sellers pack, that they would have to pay for, was a bad idea as it highlighted all the bad points about the item that they wanted to sell, their house, before they had the chance to pull the wool over the eyes of some unsuspecting sucker and leave them with all the work and subsequent bills.
Anything that you buy these days can be returned to the seller for your money back or the item changed for a similar one. Maybe the application of these sorts of laws on house sellers would actually stop the sale of dodgy properties and allow the continued sale of the houses that have been cared for.
What gives a person the right to sell anything that is sub-standard. You wouldn't stand for it in the shops so why put up with it in your houses.

6 factorial = 720
4 factorial = 24
3 factorial = 6

therefore ((720/24) = 30 and 30 - 6 = 24 and 24 * 1 = 24
